Take part in fun and engaging activities to learn more about mental health, supports, and self-care. You will have the chance to fill out a short self-test on well-being, depression, anxiety, and substance use. Afterwards, you can talk privately with a debrief clinician to discuss next steps and available resources.
This event is free, confidential, and screening will be available by walk-in. We will have games, giveaways, resources, and refreshments. Everybody is welcome and encouraged to participate, whether you're interested in the screening or just want to join the conversation! Hosted by Northeastern Vancouver in collaboration with the Canadian Mental Health Association.
