What is wellness?
Wellness is fostering your emotional, social, intellectual, physical, environmental, spiritual, occupational, and financial wellbeing. The goal of wellness is to promote a healthy, joyful, purposeful, and well-balanced life.

Resilience is not something you have or don't have, it's a skill set which we all have the ability to build and grow. This Canvas course through OPEN is designed to teach you skills to build resilience in light of these challenging times.
Discuss your alcohol and/or other drug use, receive personalized feedback, and develop strategies to help you make informed decisions. Services are free, confidential, and non-judgmental.
Northeastern's Spiritual Advisors represent and serve diverse religious, spiritual, and atheist/humanist traditions. They are available to listen, offer advice, guidance or referral to other resources.

For Northeastern students who have experienced sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation or abuse, domestic/dating violence, and/or stalking.
The DRC's Learn From Home Guide provides helpful tips and strategies for students who are learning and working remotely. Content includes creating an ideal study environment, creating a schedule and routine, staying organized with online classes, and health and wellness tips.

Join The Yellow Tulip Project for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's 'Talk Saves Lives: An Introduction to Suicide Prevention' presentation, a collaboration with Active Minds.
